Vocal Performance Major

These are five of the six songs i will be learning to perform in front of the jury at the end of this semester.
I am falling in love with them. Especially "Nel Cor".... :)

(Night and Day) ... i didn't pick this one. my teacher did. and it will be performed classically

(Nel cor piu non mi sento)... My favorite. Her voice is BEAUTIFUL.

(Gia il sole dal gange) .... the best recording i could find was the famous tenor Pavarotti. i'm thinking i'll sing it maybe an octave or so higher... what do you think?

(American Lullaby).... this is probably my least favorite. i still like it, but out of all of them its not my favorite

(The Lass From The Low Countree)... This is the best recording I could find.

I had no say in any of these songs, but thankfully i love my instructor. she's a great person. she did a nice job choosing songs that will be a challenge (american songs aside) but are acheivable for my level. its great fun.
